Will my employer's VPN work?
Yes — VPNs, remote desktops, and cloud suites all behave normally over Starlink. If it works on your home fibre, it almost certainly works here.
What happens in bad weather?
Heavy rain can briefly slow speeds, but connections generally ride through NZ weather fine. The dish itself must be sheltered from rain per the rental agreement — an eave or awning does it.
Can I extend if I decide to stay longer?
Usually, yes — email us at least 48 hours before your end date and we'll extend at the same daily rate, subject to availability.
